Lessons from nature

A little egg, fragile in itself
A life flourishing within
How it's protected, how delicate the proceedings
A wonder of nature indeed

The dispersion of pollen grains
How ingenuous the way
The flower and the bee
Their mutual coexistence

How a kangaroo keeps its young
A pouch held to its heart
How a flytrap is quick to clasp
On the unsuspecting bee

How a tree keeps giving
A shelter, a juicy fruit
A solid trunk stands firm, as all around it changes
These are the ways of nature's working

How they all coexist
We must learn from its teachings
On life and how to live life, mutually

Nature gives to all
At every back and call
And yet we tarnish
The mother that has borne us all

Money's Futility

Millions ain't the price
For what a hug can suffice

For someone whose beloved's gone
For a patient about to die
Money conquers all they say
And that's the biggest lie

For all the millions you've made
That matters none at all
What does is the family back home
To catch you when you fall

To gain, you're be crooked and cunning
And for all the money you reap
You'll never attain the care free mind
You're jealous of a simpleton's sound sleep

Money can't help a drug addict
It can't kill a cancer cell
Money can't bring solace to your loved ones
Weeping at you're funeral

For the one with an intact family
The one with siblings to fight
Will never realize
The family bond's might

For he's the truest billionaire you'll find
For his priceless peace at mind

True Friends

Friendship is a ship that sails across the sea of time

It sails and leave behind a trail of memories

A hull made of experiences shared, mast of times together

A myriad moments of joy, the essence of true friends

As it sails, it increasingly becomes relevant in our lives

As pillars of strength

In times of need

As our rapports of supports indeed.

The friends who truly understand us,

The ones who is there at every beck and call

The friends our companions in times of tears and laughter’s

They are the ones who know us deepest of all

Through experiences shared with each other

The sharing and caring through life forever

Those personnel joys and shared laughs

They are the nuts and bolt that hold the ship together

As the friendship sails, there are times of strife and trouble

Pesky fights and little arguments

But the truest of friend, the ones never to part

They are the ones that sail through , no matter what.

My Grandmother

MY Grand Mother

My Grandmother was a real wonder
She was the mother of my father
She had her one favorite past time
I always felt that it was a real waste of time
In this world with so many textile factories
Whats the need of her , sit and sew all the day?
One’s she is on it, she would never get up
Until she had done all the fabric’s make up
And then she would grow mighty proud!
Even in the wheelchair that she was bound!
She would say she succeded where none else in the family could
But I guess that she dosen’t know that nowadays no one would!

Some of her adventure stories , though were actually fun
Even though they didn’t involve a guy with a gun.
They were full of bows and arrows
And yet it wasn’t Robin Hood too..
They were fully myths and legends
Starting from the arrow Rama shot  till the nail struck on Jesus’s palm!
Unlike Dad, she hardly scolded me when I do wrong
I seriously wonder  how the genes didn’t pass down!
She only advises me on my mistakes
She forgives me for the sweets , without asking her that I take..
She and I always agree with each other
No arguments and fights , like me and my brother.
I and grandma , we are never at war,
That’s really how the grandmas are!

Exotic Science!

Physics, Chemistry or Biology,
can you tell the difference?
All three are unique and fun,
but you might have a preference.

You might like biology,
for it is fun with animals and plants.
Learn about the different living creatures,
and you will recognize them just at a glance.

Or you have got another choice,
the famous exciting Chemistry.
Learn about air, water and matter,
and solve the little Mystery!

If not these, then your choice is Physics,
where you will meet the Light and his Shadow,
and the little attractive magnets.
Explore these and be a little Bravo!
